This processing is strictly limited to the time and scope necessary to manage the request and may include contact by telephone, email, instant messaging or similar means, always in direct relation to the request made by the User. b) Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). MentorPlaces may process the User's data on the basis of its legitimate interest in order to: send informational, educational or non-commercial follow-up communications strictly related to the academic or professional guidance previously requested; improve, personalize and optimize the User's experience on the Website; carry out internal analyses, statistical studies and suitability models, always in an aggregated or anonymized manner; ensure the security of the Website and prevent misuse. In these cases, MentorPlaces has carried out the corresponding balancing test of legitimate interest, concluding that such processing does not prevail over the rights and freedoms of the User, who may object to these processing activities at any time under the terms provided for in the applicable regulations.
